Heating and cooling that keeps to your building's hours.
Blue Harbor services, repairs and replaces the rooftop units, split systems and controls that keep offices, clinics, shops and churches comfortable across Williamson County — and looks after the houses around them too.

- Homes too
The buildings we look after.
Most of Round Rock's commercial space is low: one- and two-storey offices, medical buildings, shopping centres and churches, cooled by rooftop units and split systems. That's the equipment we know best.
- OfficesRooftop units, zoning and after-hours overrides.
- Medical & dentalSteady temperatures and scheduled service outside patient hours.
- Retail & restaurantsLong trading days, kitchens and dining rooms.
- Churches & hallsBig rooms used a few hours a week.
Survey, schedule, keep records.
Walk the building
Every unit, its age, its condition and what it serves — written down, so you know what you have.
Set the visits
Maintenance planned around your hours, not ours. Filters, belts, coils, drains and controls.
Report every visit
What was done, what was found and what is coming — so replacements are budgeted, not surprises.
And the houses around them.
The same technicians look after homes in Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto and Pflugerville: air conditioning, heat pumps and furnaces repaired, tuned up before summer and replaced when it's time.
A Texas summer is hard on an air conditioner. A spring visit — coils cleaned, refrigerant and electrical checked — is the cheapest way to avoid a July breakdown.

Before you call.
What kinds of buildings do you work on?
Mostly low commercial buildings: offices, medical and dental buildings, shops, restaurants, churches and light-industrial spaces, cooled by rooftop units and split systems. We also look after homes.
Can you work outside our business hours?
Yes. Maintenance is planned around your opening times, and where the work allows it we schedule it early, late or when the space is closed.
Do you offer maintenance agreements?
Yes. We walk the building, list every unit, agree a visit plan with you and leave a written report after every visit.
Can you check our thermostat schedules?
Yes. We read what every thermostat or controller is programmed to do, compare it with your real hours and set a schedule you agree to.
Do you work on homes as well?
Yes. Air conditioning, heat pumps and furnaces for houses in Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto, Pflugerville and nearby.
Is Blue Harbor a general building services company?
No. Harbor and Building Services are part of the name. Blue Harbor does heating, ventilation and air conditioning only.

We'll look at every unit and the schedule it runs on, and tell you what we'd do first.
